Egg and Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 egg, beaten with a splash of water

¼ Avocado

1 slice whole wheat bread


Equipment:

Mixing bowl, nonstick skillet, toaster


Instructions:

1. Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten egg and scramble.

2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and spread on the toasted bread. Top with the scrambled egg.
