Jenny Davis, CIC
Jenny immediately connects with the people she talks with and supports. Her passion for health and wellness shows in everything she shares with individuals. She is a certified Intrinsic Coach who compassionately shares her expertise. Jenny has a background in health coaching and a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Education. She is a swim coach and was a college athlete. While not working, she loves to "play hard" with her three spirited children and sneaks vegetables into their meals.
Baihly Birdseye, CWP, CIC
Baihly makes it a point to get to know the people she is coaching, making them feel empowered to take their wellbeing into their own hands. Her love for health and wellness shines through with everyone she reaches out to and in all the work that she does. Baihly is a Certified Wellness Practitioner and has a background in health coaching and employee wellness. She recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness . In her free time you can find her hiking, practicing yoga, or curled up on the couch with a book and coffee in hand.
